On the occasion of extending the deadline for submissions to KSAAEM: ISESCO launches media campaign targeting Member States’ competent parties to publicize the Award and its categories and eligibility criteria
On the occasion of extending the deadline for submissions to the 2018-2019 edition of the Award of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Environmental Management in the Islamic World (KSAAEM) to 28 February 2019, the General Secretariat of the Award, which is supervised by the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), launched a large media campaign which consisted of contacting the respective National Commissions for Education, Science and Culture of the 54 Arab, African and Asian ISESCO Member States; the 322 FUIW Member Universities; and Arab, Islamic and international organizations. A press release in Arabic, French and English was also sent to media institutions and news agencies in Muslim countries in view of publicizing the Award, its categories and eligibility criteria.
It is worth noting that people interested in submitting nominations or those in search of further information on the Award are invited to visit the Award’s website (www.ksaaem.org), which provides a link to the virtual platform for nomination submissions.
