The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its programme ‘Leadership Training in Peace and Security 2022 (LTIPS),’ for young people from the Islamic world, under the theme “Sowing the Seeds of Peace through Mobilization of Youth and Women,” to select 30 young men and women to be eventually official peace ambassadors of ICESCO.

The programme aims to train and mobilize young people to be ambassadors of peace and present ICESCO’s 360° peace approach. The winning projects will receive awards as well as financial and technical support for the implementation of their projects. ICESCO will also hold a special ceremony to announce 30 young peace ambassadors from the 2022 cohort, who will receive orientation and support.
